fashion sense. well, the style of rory fluctuates frequently. some days she'll where these girly outfits with jeans and flowered shirts, and some days she just wants to kick back and rock the sweats while wearing her glasses. though, you'll rarely find her in glasses, since she has contacts. her favorite shoe style is flats though she'll also have converse on from time to time. and there will never be a day when she's wearing skinny jeans. it's just not her.

personality. rory is a complex being. sometimes she'll be happy and if one little thing isn't up to her standards, she'll be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. it's not to say that this girl is a total bitch, but she does have a unique way of seeing things. let's start off with some of the basics. as a human, she totally hates the fact that she has to be a slave of the vampires. she pretty much hates her life as a slave, and does not like the fact that her brother and sister have to endure this life too. she's quite the strategist too. if there's a simple flaw in her plan, though, then she'll throw it away cold turkey. only the plans that are sure to work are the ones she'll keep. now, this is not to say that she's so pessimistic, since there are definitely some optimistic qualities about her too.
coming from a small family, she always knew how to love people. she's very over-protective, and will do anything to make sure that someone is safe. though, in a society like this, is safe even possible? anyway, she finds usually helps her friends get out of a gloomy state, or even just to make them laugh for the fun of it. she's a total goof too. she loves to just fool around and have fun a lot of the times, but when it comes to work, she's completely serious. and the one thing that she loves to do is photography. taking pictures of nature is one of the things she loves to do most, but she doesn't get to do it as much as she would like. but, no matter what people may judge about her or even think about her, whether they know her or not, she's a complex and completely unique individual.

history. rory was born in february. it was a cold morning too. and on top of it all, rory's mother almost didn't survive through the birth. after rory was born, she was very sick, and she could barely get up and function for herself. after a few weeks though, she was back and functioning for herself and everything. her dad was so ecstaticed about it. not only did he get his wife back, but he got a lovely baby girl in the process. for several years, the family lived happily and normally. for the first five years of rory's life, she acted and lived like a normal girl. she was a daddy's girl, and he spoiled her with no thought about it or anything. and then, when she turned five, she found out that her mother had conceived another baby.
it wasn't very good for her mother to be going through another birth, and her father was worrying, and wanted to go through abortion. rory's mother only sighed at her panicked husband, and told him that she wasn't going to kill anything that she helped to create. nine months later, juliet gave birth to twins, and she died in the process. blaise grieved, and so did rory. but, after a while, they found out that both of the twins had so much of their mother in them, that it was hard to give up the fact that they were beautiful. devin and riley grew up alongside their much older sister, and rory grew very protective of them. she didn't let one bad thing happen to them, and she was going to be there for them no matter what happened in her life. all she wanted was for them to be okay, the last thing that she had for a connection with her mother.
they grew up as normal children, and they lived as a very happy family. though they were the slaves of vampires, they knew how to love one another, and they would always be there for one another. though, there was a tragic day only about a year ago from the present day. rory's father had been doing his work around the house, except the vampire they worked for wasn't really happy with it. the owner had always been yelling at their father, and he chose a very bad time to fight back. he did, however, fight back none-the-less, and was killed within an instant. rory witnessed this happening, and ran away. she ran and ran with her brother and sister. they found a new master and no one knows about their past. and devin and riley have no idea what happened to their father, only that he was killed. rory promised never to let the two know what happened to him on that tragic day.

important memory. the most important memory in rory's bank is the day father died. it was only about a year ago, she was sixteen and her siblings were eleven. he was killed by one vampire, and, well, she'll never look at vampires the same ever since.

childhood dream. she always wanted to be a mother as a child. since she wasn't old enough to comprehend the fact that she needed a job until she was a teenager, she said to her dad that she wanted to be a mother when she got older. her father just laughed and ruffled her hair and told her that it was a great dream.
true hopes now. she still hopes that she will be a mother, but she really wants to get off this world full of vampires. she doesn't want to be a slave anymore and she wants the best for her siblings.
outlook on life. she hopes that this world will get better, and she won't have to work as a slave all her life. but, since that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon, she hopes her and her family can get saved by those lovely wolves that everyone talks about.

Jacob then looked at the girl. He immediately felt himself blush. ‘What?’ he thought, ‘What is wrong with me?’ There was an instant connection with this girl, one that he had never felt before. He put his hand on his head for a second and wiped his face, hoping to get all weird thoughts out of his head, but nothing changed. These new feelings were still there, and weren’t going away any time soon. He was ready to hit himself in the head, but he decided that he would probably just scare her off, and, well, that’s not what he wanted at the moment. Especially since this was someone he was getting odd feelings for. Why couldn’t his sister be here to help him?
His sisters brought back some bad memories; the memories of the bones breaking, the stairs which he was frequently pushed down, the physical breakage of his arms and legs. It sucked, yes, but it was the only way to protect his sisters. And to find out that bastard hurt them anyway, it made him angry. He was fuming up too easily; he had to calm himself down. And he did very easily. He just had to look at this girl in front of him and he was fine. He let the smile come back on his face, and he kept his eyes on the girl. Oh how he wished he had more to say.
